Terms of Service
Effective July 31, 2026
Using Retri
Retri is a digital spaced-repetition service that lets you create, store, schedule, and review learning cards through supported AI assistants and the Retri website. By creating an account or using Retri, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact hello@getretri.com promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Plans and payment
Retri offers a free plan and paid Retri Plus subscriptions. Current prices, features, billing intervals, and currency are shown before purchase. Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions purchased in a mobile app are processed by the applicable app store, with entitlement status provided through RevenueCat. Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the selected interval until canceled.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a web subscription from your Retri account. A subscription purchased through a mobile app must be canceled in the applicable app-store subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. The full policy, including how to request help with a billing error or refund, is available in our Refund and cancellation policy.
Your content
You retain ownership of the prompts, answers, decks, and other learning content you add. You give Retri only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content to provide the service. Do not upload content that is unlawful or infringes another person’s rights.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Retri, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, evade plan limits, distribute malicious content, or use the service in violation of applicable law or the terms of a connected platform.
Service availability
We work to keep Retri reliable, but the service may occasionally be interrupted or changed. Features that depend on third-party services such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Supabase, or Stripe may also be affected by those providers.
Termination
You may stop using Retri at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, address fraud or nonpayment, or respond to a material breach of these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
Retri is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Retri does not guarantee a particular learning outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Retri is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as Retri evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
