You can permanently delete your account and associated data from the Retri mobile app.
Delete in the app
Sign in, open Account, choose Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps. Retri will remove your account, decks, cards, review history, preferences, connected-app grants, and subscription-status records.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, email hello@getretri.com from the address associated with your Retri account. Use the subject “Retri account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Retri account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in the applicable store first to prevent future renewals. See the refund and cancellation policy.
What may be retained
Limited billing, security, backup, or legal records may remain for the period described in the privacy policy. They are not used to keep your Retri learning account active.
